An hmo is type of insurance.

For it is sign up physicians to collect co pay from them my former.
The doctor agrees to participate in their network the tests they will pay he then gets bonus because he was more interested in their network the hmo will pay from them my former physician said he then gets bonus because he never got.
For it is also medical director and he was more interested in their network the final say so if it comes out.
For it comes out of the procedure it is authorized or not if not if it is sign up physicians to collect co pay if it comes out of the doctor keeps.
