If you are under 25, chances are great.
Don’t tire your eyes out, rest them from time to time.
Look away as far as surroundings permit to stretch your eyes.
Green grass/plant is good to look at. Green is the best color for eyes.
Peace on mind (no anger, hatred, overjoy…)
